Terms and Eligibility
1. Minimum order size is $100,000 but exceptions can be discussed on a case by case scenario
2. OCM OTC does not custody the coins on behalf of trading counterparties unless preagreed upon prior to trade utilizing custody staking services
3. Eligibility for OTC trading are subject to KYC/AML and other requirements
How It Works
Step 1
Register Online
You register with OCM by clicking Register Button in top right corner of this website and complete the NDA/KYC/AML
Step 2
Finish Boarding
Provide proper documentation to complete and verify your approval of KYC. For larger continous daily deals this may include a satoshi test or POF.
Step 3
Communicate
Communicate via Signal Mobile App how much you are buying or selling (daily trades require an agreement)
Step 4
Confirm-Close
If seller then you send us coins, we then quote a spot price and wire funds to you, if buyer you wire us funds, we then quote a spot price to you and then we send you your coins.
